In order to continue to provide a safe and successful learning environment for our participants, we ask that our volunteers attend activity specific trainings to learn about equipment, basic skills, teaching techniques, and safety procedures.  We also provide two organizational and disability awareness trainings to help our volunteers become more aware and familiar with our programs and people with disabilites.  While we understand our volunteers come to TAASC at a variety of times throughout the year, we feel that our participants are best served by leaders who have completed our training process.  If you cannot attend one of our scheduled programs, we are able to accomodate alternate arrangements.
